I was watching this again last night and said the same thing. Aside from the (kinda out of character, honestly) dumpster bit, Morris isn't really that bad; he's obviously angling to sleep with Apollonia but he honestly does get her a pretty good gig even though she turns him down. Meanwhile, the Kid is constantly

It's hard to say anything bad about On Returning with a track list like that, but it's kind of pointless since you should reeeeeeaaally have the first three albums, and I think the only non-album track on there is Dot-Dash. I'd say don't wait and just binge those first three albums, they're so necessary.

I thought it was great that the he just got impaled on a pike, but what was really unbearable was Lawless flicking his fork.

I love you.

I love his Oh, Hello stuff with Nick Kroll and his Stefon bits with Bill Hader, but I agree that special he did was completely mediocre, and based only on that I would not have been surprised that his sitcom sucks. I'm really sorta stumped as to why it seems so widely adored. Still, saying you hate him because he's

"Teti's mom… masters… sex."

The problem is that, regardless of gender, the kind of people who want to "rule things" pretty much by definition should not. I mean, who even says that besides supervillains?

I immediately did a CTRL-F looking for this; Zoombinis was far and away my favorite childhood "edutainment" game. I feel like I must have spent two weeks trying to figure out how to emulate it properly with my college roommates.

That line always pops into my head whenever somebody says "oncologist" and I have to try so hard not to crack up.

D'oh, I posted the same thing!

This is my favorite exchange, especially Nielsen's first suggestion for what to tell the kids:

We were promised Omni Consumer Products, dammit!

Loved that movie as a kid, but all I remember now is those weird flying things that steal your head. Also Felix makes a joke about New Jersey at some point and I was always like "wow cool, Felix made a joke about New Jersey and I'M from New Jersey!!!" But thinking back, I'm pretty sure he was pointing out its

I thought it was crap when it came out, but it did have this sort of appeal to lowest common denominator liberalism that seemed to hook a lot of people. I have a few friends who are bleeding-heart on their sleeves types who were very into loudly exalting the heavy handed message of the movie, aesthetic concerns be

Fat fat fat fat fat fat fat faaaat…

The Laurel Canyon will rise again.

I've been laughing at these puns so hard amanita take a break pretty soon!

I was legitimately furious about this. And this joke wasn't even the firsty? What the fuck is wrong with people nowadays?

I shamelessly milk my "eccentric tech genius" facade to wear whatever I want. Right now it's my favorite: floral print shorts and my HankCo. t-shirt!

Right, I think it could have easily been implied that they were once human rather than actually showing it; it's less scary and ruins the mystery. I do like a lot about the second movie, though.
