Yeah, it is. I'm kinda impressed by myself on that one.

Besides a knowledge of caper tropes and the fact that she looked and was playing like Ann Hemingway's portrayal of Selena Kyle as a maid in the Dark Knight Rises? Mainly the fact that she didn't have very much personality and was played off as this passively virtuous force in the POI's life. She was completely defined

I had her figured out as a honey trap the first time we saw her. (Wasn't there a Lost Flashback involving Sawyer that had this same exact plot?) Only thing is that I thought she'd be a part of HR, not another party after the baseball.

Between this and Hostages last night, she has been delivering the burns.

I think what it comes down to is what kind of American accent they'll make Tennant do. I think it'd be hilarious to hear the man with a Brooklyn or Southern accent.

My mother recently got addicted to the show. It's the perfect example of junk food television: it's empty calories but you'll eat it if there's nothing else around. Your TV could be tuned to worse things.

For bonus points, the core ruleset could be written in-universe by Gary.

"Hammer and Publick are not your bitch."

One thing to remember about the show is that hair is important. When Hank grew out his hair, it was during his rebellious phase and he only cut it back down when he returned to his old go-lucky worldview. A similar thing has been happening with Dean. (We'll have to wait and see if he'll cut it back down.)

Finn/Bubblegum? Pleb shipping tastes. All true AT fans ship Bubbline. (Aka PB and Marcy.)

You took the words out of my mouth. We all know the most original films in the last few years besides this one was the Green Hornet and the Smurfs.

You know you've sunk low when the Ice King can tell you that you've screwed up.

So we can now pretend to be Vonnegut? That's cool, I guess.

You should really read more of his stuff. I've been scrounging over some of his earlier collections after really liking Tenth, and there's some really fantastic stuff in all of them. I think what makes "Semplica Girl Diaries" among his best, though, is how it both underlies the extreme anxiety of the working class

I think it's worth noting, in the case of the Kindle Worlds stuff that all the properties involved aren't properties that are owned by one person. Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, and Gossip Girl were all products of work for hire "book packaging" deals to create book series that could be quickly turned into

Ellie: the specific problem with that fic and finding it is that it ended up spinning into one of her professional projects. (The Mortal Instruments, I think.)

Well, the slave crowd was a little less obviously POC in the books. It's also worth noting that the Targaryens were originally from Valyria, a ruined kingdom of Essos.

So Todd, are you confident that NBC will be able to give Frank Fisticuffs the adaptation it deserves? Will they be able to capture the depth and scope of your master work? Do you think McCallany can bring the gravitas need for the role?

I think that's the thing I'll miss the most about Rabin: reading a random article on the site and not quite realizing it's by him until I cross the word apoplectic.

This sounds like a real shitty miracle. I think we all now need to watch it and make sure it gets a second season.
