Definitely best first season of a live-action sitcom since "Community".

But he wasn't trying to ruin it. That was the point.
Just wanted to say: called it.
I loved both of those things, and this show is the shit for doing them that way. I do want Peralta and Santiago to get together — at some point — and yet I would have been disappointed if B99 had just tied off that knot so neatly.
How does it feel to have cancerAIDS, motherfucker?
A quibble: Season 3 wasn't particularly good.
You know, if they're shooting "Better Call Saul" in New Mexico, as they did with "Breaking Bad", and "Community" films principally in Los Angeles — that's not all that great a distance.
B-. A few good laugh lines, but overall felt like an inferior retread of the original — which I agree was probably the best "Community" episode made to date, or at least in the top two or three.
A-. The B-plot with the textbooks felt like a bit of a retread, but it wins points for great usage of Chang(!) and a nice character moment for Jeff. The A-plot was perfect. And that was probably the best cold open since, oh, Season 2 or so.
Ahh, it truly was satisfying. It's been so long.
Just noticed that B99's associate producer is named Marshall Boone.
…Did you watch the first season of this show? Because there was a musical montage like every other episode.
As a former Prince George's County resident, I heartily agree with all of this. What a lousy place.
Still hoping for "Policy of Truth" at some point. Slightly anachronistic, yes. Thematically perfect and would make for a hell of a montage soundtrack, oh yes.
A- seems about right to me. Nice to see sustained quality from this show, although Misner and Wright have yet to earn their main cast billing, IMO.
I'm pretty sure I saw this done years ago. Not to say it isn't funny, but it's not new.
Maybe they meant Gatineau. Mon dieu!
That was so cute.
Not much Holt this episode, but pretty much everything he did was amazing, as usual.
Have fun with your half-sister, dude.
