I only saw the first OSS117 so far, but I agree, it was hilarious, and it hit just the right tone.

I just finished Devil May Care.  Parts were a slog, and it wasn't great.  I actually really liked Carte Blanche, though it was definitely a rebooted Bond, with (SPOILERS?) references to him having come up fighting in the war on terror etc.  I liked it, though.  I've read all of the Fleming novels, though only over the

September did say that he came from a possible future, if I remember correctly.  The show already works on the idea of multiple universes - so a paradox like the first people isn't really a paradox, since anything that changes the past just starts a divergent timeline (and I assume that something along the way caused

In a multiple universe theory, it could work - if you go back in time and kill your grandfather, for example, you've created a new timeline that diverges from you own.  You still exist to have gone back in time because you now come from a parallel universe.  So Peter perhaps in the end changing something changes it

Well, fortunately, it's an eminently rewatchable series.  I actually just shot through season 3 for no good reason beyond boredom, and it's incredible just how good that season especially is.  I'd also say it's a positive that the show is going out while still good.

January 18, two hour series finale.  Very bittersweet.

I still think that perhaps the ultimate endgame will be them somehow changing the past so that the observers never exist and Peter either doesn't get taken from the other universe or dies in the frozen lake.  I just can't imagine, one way or another, having the series end in 2036, even post-Observer takeover.  Somehow

I really liked this episode.  I agree with the commenter that said it may have "saved this season" for them.  Not that I wasn't already entertained by this season, but I haven't loved it.  I have some problems with the season as a whole.  The Observers are just not fleshed out - it seems kind of arbitrary that they

Maned?  ;-)  Nice "Gun, With Occasional Music" reference.  One of my favorite books.
