Slow on catching up with this season but I just burned through up to this episode and I think I've enjoyed this one more than any season so far. I still get tired of Piper and Alex, but thankfully this series distributes the focus across the board even better than before. The flashbacks are used well, new characters

The Hughes Brother's Django?

Meanwhile, John Tarantino is so confused he fucks himself.

I'd recommend Funny Games US (though probably best to watch the original Funny Games as well)…I'm a big Haneke fan anyway. I wouldn't necessarily recommend Bertolucci's The Dreamers though - don't really get on with incest storylines myself. I hear he's quite good in Gus Van Sant's Last Days but I haven't seen it

I can't handle this, I'm off…

If Cate Blanchett didn't get in there first…

I would genuinely love to see all of these.

If they get to do another season with Buffalo Bill, replace Osment with Rob McElhenney…just for fun.

"I kill dead people"

Buffalo Bill Hader…I like it.

Answer on the record: Ben Mendelsohn.

If this was an FX show, I'm sure this would actually happen. I would be so happy.

Seen him in Funny Games US?

Reminded me of Nic Cage in Face/Off…

A bit of a shame Payne himself isn't adapting this, but I'm glad he's apparently passed on the blessing that is Judy Greer - I was watching an interview with Payne just the other day and he talked about how Greer only accepts a part once she has auditioned for it. Anyway, I will expect Woody Harrelson to have a pretty

This is true…guess it was for budgetary reasons as well as grounding it all. It would be distracting to see all this new gadgetry and seem too distant in the future perhaps?

I recognised him straight away but glad he wasn't playing the usual hitman/gangster/stooge type he's been typecast in lately. The glasses and hair were nice touches, and yeah, he hasn't had a gun in-hand…yet.
