Now you have me wishing we'd gotten Katy Boyer as Talia. Her interaction with Ivanova would have been much more entertaining.

I'm just catching up on my rewatch, and everything I had to say about this weeks episode has been said, so I am going to talk about And the Sky Full of Stars.

@avclub-6562c5c1f33db6e05a082a88cddab5ea:disqus Sorry, I don't go to Bobby Bitman for easy snark. If you are going to use that avatar I want some solid, old-fashioned jokes, preferably involving a giant iPad. I'm fine with you mocking my choices in personal electronics, but I expect better from you.

Director's Cut is actually a pretty listenable Fantomas album, by Patton standards. All the others are for the die-hard fan though.

I think those are an entirely different category of show though. They are closer to traditional documentary than the "reality show" genre, as it is usually defined.

@avclub-c1fe85b855c6d045b827f74a1e2c3fd7:disqus I generally enjoy The Amazing Race, although I admit I checked out halfway through last season. I agree completely on the scenery. Survivor is set in a new part of the world, yet it almost always looks pretty much the same.

Survivor isn't my favorite show, but it is my favorite to comment on in TV Club. Its just fun to speculate on future events that are rooted in real, if often maladjusted, human psychology, rather than the whims of a writing room. I'm looking forward to the return of the comment section than I am the show itself. It's…

Roberts didn't join the other side. The insurance mandate plan was drafted by the Heritage Foundation, and it was the very plan that McCain campaigned on. Obama was firmly against it during the debates. The Republicans in Congress only realized they didn't like their own plan when Obama was going to enact it.
