I'm not a Spencer fan by any means, but he did play well tonight, if not successfully. Even if tonight's play had worked, he would still be nowhere close to the best of the season, but I'll give credit where it is due. And his speech on Tony's behalf was good stuff.

You know, I can't really feel good about throwing around insults like that, even anonymously on the Internet. I'm sorry about that.

Well, if you are bringing Ozzy into it, I like Spencer more than him.

You left out that while his son was here, he spent the whole time lecturing people about feeding the poor and caring for the sick, while relying entirely on his magic powers to feed people and heal the sick. Yeah, thanks for the practical solution to our problems, Jesus. That's some "Let them eat cake" level bullshit.

Yeah, that was way too much. I got carried away there. That was a seriously unfair thing to say. I'd edit the comment to saying he is "kind of a mess", but I don't want to make your comment ridiculous.

Yeah, I will give him that. I guess that feeds into what bugs me about him though: That his opinions are all so examined. He "hates kids". But then he warms up to kids because kids are actually present.

Eh, the guy has some ability to work a crowd. Woo's problem with lying is that he seems stricken with guilt and discomfort. That's not really a problem with acting, as generally the audience has kind of bought into you not being who you say you are.

Yes, Woo is far preferable to the usual male model they go to for filler casting.

It's the way he mixes his admiration for Big Strong Men with scorn at the ickiness of girls that elevates it to high comedy. It isn't so much gay, as the worldview of an eight-year old who thinks he's pretty cool.

Your answer is a bit loaded on the likability thing. Do I need to like someone to think they played a good game?

I was more amused at the assumption that Spencer has or ever will have friends.

Yeah, that was the point I was attempting to make. The writer of the joke and the people laughing are all stupid because they clearly don't know Russia a huge exporter of energy.

Actually, it will be done for a full season after it doesn't work, but your basic point is sound.

I thought it was more offensive to Americans, as it was making jokes about how Russia has no meaningful exports, and a lot of the audience doesn't know any better.

The Dawes meme died on the way back to its home planet.

I like Jefra just fine, but she was an easy goat to take to the end, so her being eliminated increases the chance of a tense final TC.

I like that idea as well. Is there a rule for what happens if everyone plays an idol? I guess drawing rocks would be the way to go.

He was one of only two players that actually decided to use the auction for an advantage. He actually earned that.

As token crazy players go, I will take him over Coach, the "Special" Agent Phillip, or Lil Hantz.

It was more Tony being dumb than Spencer being smart. Spencer tells him that Tasha is a dangerous social player putting together an all-girls alliance, so they need to vote out a girl. Then when Tony believes it, Spencer tells him Tasha will be voting with them to get rid of Jefra. Spencer's story had a giant hole in
