That's spot-on. Everything about the Bennett plotline just sang. Looking back, I'm particularly struck by how that was the season that Harlan County came alive — the history of it, the culture, the people, were portrayed so vividly. It was the first time we'd seen this place that until now had just been a setting

You'll have a whole week to get another before the next episode!

Oh, that's great.

I'm really hoping for this too. Graham Yost seems pretty savvy in his interviews, let's hope he gives the Deadwood hoopleheads what we damn well need!

Yeah, this was interesting. I could understand the question more if it were "does Ava really love Boyd" (because eesh, that history), but the opposite? I'm intrigued what happened in these two episodes that made Erik wonder that.

"Bulletville" is just fantastic — still my favorite season finale of the show so far.

Beef stew.

FUCKIFIED JUSTYEAH!

When I say I want to learn how to craft just so I can stitch this onto something and hang it on my wall, I'm not joking.

Yup. I've lived in most of the big TX cities — here in Houston, we don't get anything close to ice on the roads so stuff's never canceled. When I lived in DFW, they were usually good about salting the major roads so we were expected to go to work, no excuses. I have to say I like Austin's style of handling "bad"

We could just call it the Art Mullen Cracks Wise While Raylan Is Handsome And Shoots Shit show.

We didn't even get that shut-down-everything ice storm. Stupid Houston.

OH GOD YES

*does Gina's full interpretive dance to "Beautiful"*

Seeing a new post under Newswire made me so happy.

That whole pool-hustling scene is one of my favorite TV moments of all time. No exaggeration. He really owned that role, and imbued it with such heart.

I was struck by those moments of vulnerability Moriarty showed with Watson — when she admitted Sherlock's relationship with Watson confused her and that she was trying to understand him through his letters. It's a nice reminder of that connection, as you said. She's just as affected by him as he is by her.

YES Elementary is back. I loved this episode from start to finish.

Kurt Vonnegut is on my Shame List — as in, the authors I'm ashamed to say I haven't read yet. Let's fix that in 2014! Do y'all recommend starting with a particular one? I'm inclined to just go with Slaughterhouse Five, because it's basically canon.

Clear eyes, full hearts, loopy cunts — two of my favorite shows of all-time, and that's a long fucking list. Enjoy yourself!
