There's still an underlying stupidity to everything that has been really thick in the show since about season 3 episode 1, but this feels like the best possible version of what Dexter has been since Doakes died/left the show, and maybe I just think the first two seasons were better cos I was younger back then.

Oh that's why these fracking motherfuckers are poisoning all those towns, they're misguided. Maybe if they all knew the struggle of a love triangle involving John Krasinki and that lady from Mad Men they would find their hearts. Movie looks super!!!

That's possible, that Seinfeld was doing this ruse as a favour to a couple of his unbelievably rich white old men cohorts. I get the impression Jack Dawl wasn't in on anything nefarious but you never know.

I think Louie is a really, really hit and miss show. This particular last part of the Late Show trilogy, which I've been enjoying a lot already, absolutely smashed it. Great god-damned job.

Yeah there were some horrible parts - Kevin's turtle speech, Dwights bike-rope (although seeing him fall was pretty funny), and Creed's ending speech - talk about falling off a tightrope!

Oh wait, and yeah the skinning stuff is so quick and obscured it's basically subliminal.

It's really cartoony. There are a few really gross moments involving slow motion bullets going through people's faces, but I felt like it's mostly played for laughs and like 'haha oh shit!' moments. It doesn't look very real, either. There isn't any sadistic violence - there are a few moments when it looks like there
