I haven't seen Alien from L.A. since they were showing it on TV but I've definitely encountered people where that is their most memorable episode.

I remember waiting for the movie to come to my town. Despite being the 19th largest city in the country I would have had to drive two hours to see it. I still considered it. Damn you Barb Wire.

I'm sure we'll see something like it again. We're here for 4 billion more years, right? Even back then MST3K benefited from the perfect storm of a new network, a cheap idea, a long running time….  In fact, new networks seem to be the key. Is something really interesting happening on Oprah's channel right now?

Pretty much any movie about PCP is amazing. Disco Godfather, WIld Beasts, Desperate Lives. Even the T.J. Hooker episode "The Connection".
