I think I acknowledged that in my comment. To further distance myself from humanity it bugged me so much that it was described as Wes Anderson-lite. Anderson's quirk gets its tone exactly wrong. For the right amount of preciousness, cutesiness and humor look to The Kings of Summer!

I'm excited about this movie because I loved the director's first movie, The Kings of Summer. I feel I may be alone in this and I'm looking for validation.
