Fried chicken is good.

Klink was kind of sweet, though. Major Hofstettler was just nasty. Also, Gibson and Hofstettler are both into torture.

Gibson is more of a Hofstettler type, isn't he?

Every God-damned party in college. Groove is in the heart, over and over and over again. Put me off parties.

A bum came up to me on the street the other day. He had two items for "sale":

Okay: in the next movie, there's the Ship of Pirates Who are Even More Gay than Jack Sparrow. They have some sort of mincing, prancing battle, like the pirate ship battle at Treasure Island in Las Vegas, if you have ever seen that, but just men.

Oh and the gay uncle from "Bewitched."

Yes, please let's put Tim Curry in it. And Robin Williams, too. And the guy who says "Yeeeeesssss?"

Sebadoh sucked live but had interesting records.

The second one wasn't even good drunk.

They could have the "versus" installments and the porno versions together. "Ass-Pirates of the Carribean meet the Lesbochaun."

Oh and speaking of "M" bands, the best fucking rock band in the world live is the MIGHTY MOFOS from right here in the Twin Shits. They have never recorded anything that comes close to their devastating rock-n-roll power live, though.

The fake Misfits were good live.

Fugazi at the Heart of the beast Puppet theater in August 1990 was one of the best shows I have ever seen. All the paint came off the floor because everybody was sweting so much in the heat. My boots were painted blue for a couple of months as a result.

Inside my thermos.

Bread is the staff of life.

The very first Maakies collection from 2000 or 2001 was in paperback and not in the oblong format. I too wish they would ditch the oblong format, but oblong is better than none at all. Maakies is the best. The one this week with the Tea Party people getting attacked by the Revolutionary War re-enacters was excellent.

Best: Jaime's story in the latest Love and Rockets.

Unless there's four ounces of Beam in it.

I watched Hee Haw every Saturday with my parents. The song "Gloom, Despair, and Agony on Me" still sticks in my head every once in a while, and that's a good thing. And the segment, every week, where the fence board hits the guy in the ass. That's funny! C'mon!
