It's a series of unfortunate events nonetheless.

So his force-choke was just the invisible hand of the free market?
You can try and promote your Todd Margaret show all you like Mr Cross, but you know this comment section is going to be nothing but AD quotes right?
If I recall correctly there's another Biastioc comment on an old newswire post about Marge Simpson being in Playboy, which of course makes perfect sense (NO INCEST!). But yeah, since that Lovely Bones review was one the first things I ever read on this website his comment is pretty much my oldest AVC memory.
I think you're right about the two mini seasons. I'm glad to be wrong on this because more Breaking Bad sooner is always a good thing. The last thing I read was that Vince Gilligan wasn't sure how the series will end and I thought that might end up pushing the season back, but it's all conjecture on my part.
That 'possibly' is most likely why BB wasn't included (Sorry I couldn't think of a less awkward way to write that sentence). Given that it's the final season and three episodes longer than the usual season I'm betting we won't see it before 2013. But yes, so so so excited. The promise of Breaking Bad S5, Louie S3 and L…
I got into Gil-Scott Heron this year as well. So sad to lose a great artist, especially when he was just getting started again. Did you listen to I'm New Here as well?
Well you picked a good year to get into NMH since, you probably know, that Jeff Mangum is releasing a pay-what-you-want album with a bunch of old but never released material. I think all the songs on it are available as bootlegs now, but it'll be nice to hear cleaned up versions of Engine, Oh Sister and Ferris Wheel…
I'm sure you could edit the end of Jurassic Park 2 to make it look like a terrorist attack.
One of my favourites as well. "Comedian/Masturbator" was gold. The unbelievable cuteness of Liz Holtan was a nice bonus as well.
Eddie and Pregnant are my two favourites. Eddie probably inches out Pregnant as my absolute favourite, but both were incredible.
Colonel Klink! Did you get my letters?!
For me, to believe in an afterlife would leave me feeling less sure and secure of my future. I would constantly be left to wonder "Am I believing in the right afterlife? Am I following the right path to an afterlife? Or am I going to get turned away at the door?" With the large number of religious schools of thoughts,…
I loved that interview, especially for this nugget:
I know this was probably mentioned on the original video which I missed, but the part where the lead singer says "because Dawes doesn't really do that" kills me.
The first two comments are typical youtube. Who else could watch a Nat King Cole video and think 'Now's the perfect time to rip on Justin Bieber and autotune!'
Nah MTV's selection process is way more scientific. They
debated stuff like Facebook friends and Twitter followers and everything.
"… certainly not Neil Patrick Harris brought in for a minor comic-relief-and-pathos role, which he plays like a condemned man awaiting a last meal he knows has been spit on. "
Sometimes when music presents you with shit, the only thing a reasonable person can do is shit all over said shit. That's the classy thing to do.
That Groove Chronicles track is pretty awesome. Thanks for the heads up.
