The more they try to make Carlos look like the villain to Nick's hero, the more I like Carlos. Nick has gone past looking petty, and is starting to look insane.

I get the "swinging for the fences" aspect, but that has to be balanced with "protect your team". He made an all or nothing dish that turned into nothing, and a teammate who turned in superior food lost because of his hubris.

Nick's verbiage was rude, as well. It wasn't even "I think it will be successful", it was something like "I won't hear it."

Pardon you, but up in Canada, it has the much fancier name "Kraft Dinner" (KD if you're nasty).

He's just sad because he misses broing down with his main man.

Only two movie speeches matter:

Didn't this have a rating of "C" until very recently?

I really like the monitor when they judge the Quickfires in Masters, though.

When Michael Scott would say something stupid, and the camera would pan to Jim just shaking his head… that was my reaction to this.

Gail hosting Just Desserts - eh, insult her if you want.

I'm not on that next level food appreciation that some people that comment here are. That said, I was in New Orleans for the first time in June. And it's safe to say that if I lived there, I would weigh five hundred pounds within a calendar year.

Ask him to have Louis prepare your meal.

I definitely love the "do simple food well". When Kristen won one of the challenges by making a freaking dish of peas - that's the stuff I love.

I don't like the monitor addition this year - it removes the small shred of suspense we had when they'd announce the first group of three. Watching them react to the feedback is interesting, but overall I'm not a fan of the monitor.

I get the feeling that if that yogurt sauce was anything special, they would have at least mentioned it.

Yeah, I like Carrie, and almost buy the "I took the cold station as a sacrifice" angle. But what she served up was some straight up bullshit.

Nick's permanent "I have a cold" look annoys me.

Honestly, I could do without almost all the songs in AMCC.

I'm not playing along, in the sense that I'm not going to make a list. But your top two made me so happy.

Stephanie won my heart even more during the Quickfire. When I hear "Turkey Legs", I think Disney World. Stephanie knows what's up.
