I know nothing about her cooking style. But I do know she's a neurotic mess who responds awkwardly to praise and depressingly to criticism. So, she's awesome.

He was definitely one of the more funny, charming, and (to stay on the show's topic) insightful actors guests in a while.
Yeah, it was the art director's son.
I've just downloaded all of the seasons. I don't pay for whatever insane package I'd need to get CBC (or whatever station) here.
Despite what Cook turned into, Harmful if Swallowed is still a solid album. I think. I haven't listened to it in like 8 years, mostly because I'd rather just remember it as being solid, and that it wasn't as annoying as his follow ups. A vinyl reissue is certainly not needed, though.
Yeah, the Found thing was horrible. My wife said, "Their name is 'Found'? That's stupid." And I replied with, "No, the restaurant this is taking place in is called 'The Foundry'." Then, about two minutes later, I realized what was happening and agreed that yes, it was stupid.
And there was the "Sara got eliminated because of her _____" - the options were Attitude, or (I think) Cooking. Attitude won with like 85%.
Travis has slowly but surely expunged any goodwill I had for him at the beginning of the season with his "I am an Asian chef, here is my Asian knowledge, now let me be on the bottom for my Asian food" schtick. It was almost like (sorry for reminding people of him) how Hosea was always "I'm the fish guy! Oh, I'm on…
Supermarket Bullshit would have made an awesome spinoff of Supermarket Sweep.
At this point, I think Top Chef Canada has become a MUCH better show than Top Chef.
Nina is in flat out beast mode.
So, so agreed. When he's just wailing on the cymbals, I just get riled up. His drumming there and on Contact are some of my favorite parts of the album.
I grew up on these as a Christmas tradition. My dad had a crappy sounding dubbed tape collection of the records. Even by the time I was like, 10, it was evident that things had taken a turn with the later releases.
Wow, that sentence reads horribly. Sorry about that.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAH! THE RAGE IS RETURNING JUST READING YOUR RECAP!
I'm really liking Stephanie. Whether she is on the verge of suicide, or awkwardly reacting to praise, she's great.
haha oh God, whoever said "I'm extra stressed, knowing we will be serving food to CHASE SAPPHIRE REWARDS MEMBERS" had me dying.
Yeah, I wouldn't mind her never being on another episode, but this Padma can stay. Some useful comments, suppressing her bitchy PadmaBot programming, and some nice visuals.
I actually said that to my wife - that Found, from beginning to setting up the restaurant, looked so chaotic that it might be one of those "The team that looks 'good' screws up in the end" situations. But nope, total crash and burn. It got really hard to watch at a certain point, like British comedy awkward.
She was the one who screwed over her team (and a contestant (I won't say cheftestant (except that one time)) I can't remember exactly - Janine, I think?) by returning the lemongrass. So she can't complain about supermarket antics.
