And this is why I lurk and never comment. Christ on a cracker, must every comment be overanalyzed so that one may make a snarky reply? I watch neither Justified nor Mad Men and so do not read their reviews or comments, and I don't care how often a  phrase is used. I wasn't trying to be witty. I simply felt as though

So what was up with the blue vial of Chekhov's laxative? Or was that just pretense for Tyrion's getting Pycelle in the room with him? Just felt like an odd little detail to throw in there. Did I miss something?

Best band names of 2011 alert: Wealthy Flapper and the Abortionists.

The Salvation Army is also super-duper-ultra-EXTRA-SPECIALLY anti-gay, so…yeah. Glee giving them a shout-out was extremely odd.

I had no idea that directing this sort of thing was in his wheelhouse. Duets has probably been the best episode this season, and I got a kick out of this one, so yeah, I'd be happy to have him helm some more.

Directed by
Eric Stoltz.

*more misses than hits, that is.

It really takes a bit of exploration in DE to find the decent stuff (as opposed to, yeah, Concord Mall and fucking Red Robin). Wilmington is a bit inscrutable at times, but the Riverfront's not bad, and Theater N is nice. There are some truly great, tiny restaurants scattered around Newark and Wilmington, too; if you

Vampire Diaries recap seconded. Yeah, it's aimed at teens, but so's Glee, and Glee is shit.

I watched the entire first season of Veronica Mars on Netflix Instant. It was completely fucking fabulous and I have no idea why I never watched it while it was actually on the air.

Yeah, one of my friends had to leave. She came back in well after the scene had ended. I didn't ask whether she'd been sick, but when she left, she said, "I can't handle this," so I'm assuming she felt something other than okay.

No deep thoughts here
I just really enjoyed the line "It's not theft if you own the company" (Walter re: The Farmer Says toy).

I ADORE Noises Off! I have seen a couple staged versions of the play but never felt the need to compare them with the film.

Regarding the overt vs. subtle gay bashing in the episode:

**possibly

Regarding Buscemi, my only quibble—and that's all it is, really; I think he's fine in the part otherwise—is how difficult I find it to buy him as being of Irish descent. Considering the interplay among the Irish, Italian, and Jewish mafias during this time period, it seems like something they might've wanted to

Sadly, I live in Delaware. Registered Dems here would like to apologize for not being able to stop the loonies who live in the south of the state from voting her in over Mike Castle; moderate Republicans just got complacent in the primaries, and Dems couldn't vote for him. No one I know has anything other than vicious
