Highlights
Pauly D: "I feel no different!"

Raising Arizona is a perfect movie, so there's no point in even comparing it to anything.

I didn't realize until far into the article that this wasn't a New Cult Canon entry. I loved this movie from the word Go. Anybody who doesn't think it's awesome just isn't fun. They probably don't like Johnny Dangerously, either.

Xander is boring and useless when they're out of high school. I liked him a lot and then I hated him, although he still had his moments and good episodes, so I put up with him. But this episode made me not care about him at all any more. He was always a dick to beautiful wonderful Anya, so screw him anyway. She

Ah, yeah, he saved the prank, and let the other guys know the proper way to react to… uh… the situation.

I think Paulie is my favorite of the dudes. He's got a decent sense of humor (at least in this pond), and he seems in on the joke. He also overall seems like a stand-up guy, and doesn't create any drama.

That's a garish photo. She's a lot sexier in Adaptation and AD.

Different panties.

Haha, no, but I did date someone very much like her. Thankfully not quite as nuts, but a lot of the same kind of crap. I guess it shows. :)

I mean, hell, it's clear how she manipulates everybody else in the house. Does this not translate to their relationship? How much manipulation has Ron done to anybody else? He's a simple brute, and she's working him like a puppet. No wonder his ass is bleeding; her hand is so far up there.

Marah, I agree that it's all emotional abuse. But Sammi is at least equally to blame. I encourage you to re-watch Season 1 and see how she got her claws into him, and listen to the things she says in the confessional. Things like being upset at him for going to jail because it made her spend *one night* alone.

Oh, and the actual Jersey Shore does look like a lot of fun. I suppose that's why hubub over it seemed to die down fairly quickly: Jersey comes out of it looking good.

Yeah, none too thrilling, and I'm disappointed as it's the first episode I've watched after catching up on all the past eps. Tho' it was less painful than a lot of Miami.

I am a new convert, having just watched the first two seasons and now starting this one.

er, *he abandoned, ldo

I do agree, especially now watching Season 2, that Ronnie is awful.

Okay, Season 2 so far is pushing my limits. Ron is acting like a complete chode. I'm on episode 4.

Note: I've not yet seen Miami. I just started watching this after last week's recap (damn you AVclub for making me love this), and I've watched the most recent 3 eps plus most of Season 1.

It's just irresponsible parenting to start your car with a small child wearing an vision-and-motion encumbering costume standing directly in front of it, with you nowhere close to a quick grab-'im-up zone.

I've also never seen it, but these writeups are great. I'm actually considering checking out this episode.
