Somewhere, Christopher and Jonathan Nolan's ears are burning.

You could maybe make a good one about a conflict between Baptist churches, since they leave so much power up to individual congregations.

"Ooooooooooorrrrrrgyyyyyyy."

Oh my goodness, I wish I could make everyone watch The Passion of Joan of Arc.

I am a Christian, and it's incredible how terrible most "faith based" movies are.

That story makes me so happy.

LIZ LEMON: It's insulting. You wouldn't ask an Asian person to give you a list of good Asian drivers.
TRACY JORDAN: Gary Tang, Ziang Chu, Roy Chung…
LIZ: Stop it!
TRACY: I was done anyway.

You left out how the last book has to be split into two parts, because you couldn't POSSIBLY wrap up the Twilight story in a measly two hours.

Honestly I never quite loved how Moretz played that character. She was really good, for sure, but just a little bit… I don't know, stilted? Maybe it's just unfair to put a teenage actor (albeit a really good one) up against Alec Fucking Baldwin in most of her scenes.

She's not just "that" Mexican, mother. She's my Mexican……. And she's Columbian or something.

I laughed so hard just reading that.

I feel like Daddy's Boy was this show's equivalent of the Black Tie episode of 30 Rock, where the writers just go "Screw it, this makes us laugh so it's going in."

Tituss Burgess really is the perfect actor for Tina Fey's material. He takes clever jokes that could be offensive or lame and then sells the hell out of them with wide-eyed sincerity. (See also: Jane Krakowski)

"I was in a neighborhood called Little Italy…"

Haha YES! I was in a production of The Compleat Wrks in high school, and got to see the RSC's production at the Kennedy Center a couple of years later. So good.

I don't remember if Pullman addressed it in the books, but I always pictured Lee Scoresby as being in his 40s or maybe early 50s. Rugged and grizzled, but not Sam Elliott level. I'd picture someone more like McConaughey. And Kathy Bates as the voice of Hester.

As I recall, they kept the fight between Iorek and King Iofur.

Egg!

"Language…"

I'm seein' double here… four eyes!
