My favorite episode was "The Attic." It was the perfect example of a 'crazy dream' done well: trippy, eerie, surreal, yet it had several laugh-out-loud moments too. And it was a total game-changer for the storyline going into those last several, awesome episodes.

I seem to be the only one who really liked The Gaslight Anthem "American Slang."

Same with Dawn—Michelle Trachtenberg was nervous about singing but had a dance background, so he went light on songs for her but gave her the ballet scene.

A friend of mine met a girl at a concert festival and, because of her odd way of speaking, thought she was deaf. He spent the rest of the weekend trying to enunciate clearly assuming that she was reading his lips. Eventually he met her friends, who all had the same strange accent and he learned that she actually

No Phone Booth

My sister's friend had a classmate that would scratch a piece of bologna, and then eat it out from beneath her fingernails during class.

Dawn's peanut butter and salami sandwich
My boyfriend's childhood favorite (which he still claims to this day is delicious) are peanut butter and Kraft cheese singles sandwiches. So yes, kids eat disgusting things.

I subscribe to HBO and Netflix. If they started streaming HBO shows on Netflix Watch Instantly, I would definitely cancel my HBO. So I do get where they're coming from.

Noomi Rapace won't do it; she said after playing Lisbeth in the three Swedish films she was too depressed and doesn't want to live through all of the things she had to do for another set of movies.

"there really wasn't anything in it that couldn't conceivably happen in New York/New England. I'm not saying it should take place in the US—just that I'm surprised it isn't."

Agreed on Kristen Bell. That would be fanfuckingtastic.

If you're looking for the whole point of the Dharma Initiative:

Nickelback directed by Brett Ratner

Of Monteal/Baz Luhrman

"And anyway, at the end of the film the Jackman twist doesn't matter and the film is all about the price of obsession, so the twists both continue the overarching themes of the movie."

Same here, totally agreed. I thought about that too when a big part of Claire's paid date night with Ray included cooking macaroni for him and having dinner together before sex.

Not personal?
"This time out, the mystery being tackled by muckraking journalist Michael Nyqvist and gothy hacker Noomi Rapace is less personal."

"Is it a show about…firefighters…wearing sunglasses?"

Marshall's new girlfriend in the last few episodes, who is his dance partner at Disco night.

Similar for me was My So-Called Life. I was the same age as Angela Chase when it first aired, and that show totally nailed that angsty existential teenage feeling, when you are trying to find out what your own identity is and who you want to be. Also, I used to say 'like' a lot.
