Now I am thinking what the sketch would've been like with Jan Hooks and Phil Hartman in their place. Ugh,miss those two.

Ok that makes much more sense.

Yeah I was very impressed (but I can't say I was surprised) at her singing. Do you really think they're trying to hinder her growth as a performer? I don't think it affected Amy Poehler that much but maybe I just have a foggy memory regarding her SNL days.

Last I saw she was on 30 Rock. I loved her. I mean, obviously, but for some reason I think she probably took Phil Hartman's death harder than most.

Looking back at a lot of her characters I think the main thing I've enjoyed about all of them is that she really does embody all the idiosyncrasies of them. I'm looking forward to where her career takes her and her eventual turn into dramatic roles.

Just wait til a decade from now when we get a bunch of motherfuckin' Braydens, Maddysins, and Ashers.

Now I know "brassy" means fat. But really, I don't see much similarities in Aidy Bryant's and Melissa McCarthy's comedic styles. I swear I'm not taking crazy pills.

Most unfunny people do

How I saw it was during Will's reconstruction at the place where Miriam is found, he's thinking of the tree man. Where everything has bloomed and stating that "This is my design" and how everything set into place, everything has lead to this. The seeds that were planted are now bearing fruit and the Tree Man

What happened to Clarice is supposed to be like what's happening to Miriam according to Fuller's twitter.

Apparently Miriam's brainwashing was inspired by what Hannibal did to Clarice in the books. And well from the get go Miriam Lass was pretty much a stand in for Starling according to interviews.

From Bryan Fuller's twitter apparently Miriam Lass' brainwashing was inspired by Hannibal's brainwashing of Clarice in the book (don't know if that specifically happened in SotL)

What was it in S1 when he was talking to Dr DeMaurier? Something about how he accepts that any moment can be his last? I see him struggling to live when it's at the hands of someone who's less than him but I interpret that with Will Graham he doesn't believe he'd pull the trigger or he doesn't fear death at the hands

Rewatched that scene. He wasn't mimicking him nor would he need to. Why would he bother imitating a voice when he was just going to dispose of them?

It would have been easy for Hannibal to obtain a recording especially since they both have a history of psychic driving/suggestion. Also, like Will Graham said, Miriam has been under Hannibal's watch for two years. Considering the small amount of time he was around Graham and what happened to him? Entirely plausible

Despite the general negative opinion towards Alana this season I still don't want anyone to hurt her. She's so precious.

Not exactly sure but according to Twitter and Tumblr (Why do I go on there?!) it was just the name. But I like the idea that Applesauce has been alluded to kind of like Dawn in Buffy.
No disrespect to fandoms but really I just dont get em but hey, Bryan Fuller really listens and that's great.

Oh I'm aware. I thought it was funny at first. Including (was it comic con?) that they had their first panel and called it the "Hannibal Fannibal Pannibal". I LOVE this show and it has become one of my all time favorites but I will never get fandoms.

Dont get me wrong, it only further reinforces the idea that Bryan Fuller is awesome by being so great to fans but . . . ugh. Fandoms aren't hurting anyone and it's great they have something to enjoy and blah blah but how they go overboard with stuff. I don't get it. But I do respect a quote by Fuller in which he's

You know what? On second thought, screw Applesauce. I just found out the dog was a fandom created dog and someone asked Bryan Fuller on twitter to name one of the dogs that. Ugh. I hate fandoms. (wow that makes me sound grumpy.)
