    McFadden. No question.

The Picard/Crusher/Mr. Crusher thing came up in the "mind-rapist" episode. I remember thinking as a kid that it was especially creepy to go after the doctor that way.

@Bucky, yeah, that's why I said it *heart* was in the right place. Its subtext definitely isn't, but the movie clearly seems to be aimed at an age group that doesn't give a shit about subtext.

    What the Shrek Just Happened…
…was pretty much what I said when I saw the trailer for the new one. I actually liked the first picture, its heart was in the right place. But now … ugh.

Sparks seriously said that? Fuck him in the ear.

DEATH PROOF all the way. There is no subtext in PLANET TERROR, whereas most of the things that people are complaining about in DEATH PROOF (the slow pace, the indulgent dialogue, etc) were done on purpose, to make you as an audience member think about why you dislike them.

Yes, indeed, the Internet has done a great job.
So much of internet humor is "random thing" + "another random thing", but I think this stands out because it seems like the start of a story (as opposed to something like Selleck Waterfall Sandwich, which is just three images thrown together). The raptor is hunting the

Was it ever explained why Dr. Pulaski turned up? Like, was Gates McFadden pregnant or something? Wikipedia doesn't say.

Look, I'm not taking any chances.
Time to get the shotgun and the chainsaw and head down to the local boneyard. If Orson Welles is able to get his corpulent corpse up outta the ground, it can happen to any one of us.

Yeah, it took some time for TNG to find its sea legs, as it were. I'm not sure we even get two seasons of the show if it's on a network, but it was syndicated. Do they even still make syndicated shows?

I've heard that the Japanese actually hate Kurosawa movies, but the person who said it to me was a total douche, so I didn't buy it. Maybe it actually is true.

"I will shake this shit out of your little smacked-up body if I have to!!!"

Jeez, Arsenio, you must be goin crazy over there in Brainerd.

Memphis Bleek's next album: the Bleekquel

Ah, another one I haven't seen. Okay, poophat, you got me, I'm an idiot on that one. I won't stop posting, though.

    Great, great scene
I haven't seen BORN ON THE FOURTH OF JULY, so I tend to think that this was the last movie where Tom Cruise played a role, as opposed to just playing "Tom Cruise as X" (As superspy, as Samurai, as crazy boyfriend to Cameron Diaz, etc). These days you would never see him play someone so clueless as

Wait, that's seriously what happens in the clip? (I'm at work.) That sounds strangely awesome.

Saw it on the big screen, and even in a podunk town such as mine, the entire audience roared and applauded. The beating that the Enterprise takes in that fight really sells the scene.

    Wellll , the new Biastioc.
