I think the most-quoted line from Caddyshack is "You'll get nothing and like it!"  by fathers around the globe to their unappreciative offspring.

I think Caddyshack is most fondly remembered for a small handful of truly brilliant scenes, mainly involving Rodney D and Ted K.

It's a pretty good song too.  At least Huey Lewis couldn't sue him

Same here.  I think you had to see it back then, when it was earth-shatteringly-ground-breaking.  Seeing it 15 years later on VHS, I was mostly like, "Am I missing something?  Should I be drunk?"

Am I the only one who remembers that Caddyshack centered around a boring, frizzy-haired teen and his atrocious Irish girlfriend?

Torture is a tool in the intelligence gathering box. It's not the best, and certainly not the first method employed in an interrogation.  And when employed, it should part of a strategy, not as payback, nor good time fun.
