I think hershey's blandness can be an asset.  I usually spread either a bit of peanutbutter, or a dab of buttercream frosting on it.  And it's kind of sublime.

The thing is, 20-30 years ago, trashy horror films were professional, watchable films. Not always mind-blowing, but quite competent in terms of direction, acting, set design, etc.  This was on netflix HD streaming a few months ago, and I remember enjoying it more now than I did as an early teen.

Maybe it has one of those greeting card audio chips in it that plays a clip of someone screaming "TWO THOUSAND TWELVE!" every time you open it.
