the two little robots had good voices (if ridiculous designs), including skim pickens.  and that big red robot was so damn scary, and the model of the ship was probably the most intracate model of anything ever.  and yes, the ending was insane.

I wouldn't say "dropped" so much as "evolved beyond"- she started as a housewife with a couple of hobbies in the beginning and went back to work in her previous field.
