Louie's show-apartment is like the Bank of America Pavilion compared to most apartments in Manhattan.  Plus I bet he makes the kids clean up they shit.  (as a single dad, this is an excellent way to pass the time - "Yo - clean up your shit!")

That's mainly because Happy Days was crappy and unwatchable.  And we ate it up like Skittles because we had 5 tv channels, cassette decks and Atari's.  It was Happy Days or a goddamn book.  and fuck that shit.
