@apropostrophe:disqus and @avclub-c701a997d9bef627835b036efb4eca63:disqus , there are different versions of the future, right? Who knows. And I don't even care, really. There are probably a bunch of ways to explain it away, as you said. I'm just glad they brought this storyline in, because it brings some much-needed

Yeah, I agree. And I think the whole point of this plotline itself is to highlight the consequences of rash actions by using parallels with Walter. I don't think (and obviously, really hope) they would take such an easy way out. It's not like Fringe to do that. (Though they could maybe pull that off too, if played

Yeah, and remember that Observer kid in season 1 who had that special connection to Olivia? I think he might be linked to some of this..

Seriously though, why do you follow the show/come to the comment sections if you're hate-watching? Because people here are really passionate about this show, which I daresay is objectively one of the best network shows on tv, and I think that's kind of a bullshit thing to do, to be honest.

"When they hell did Walter build that goddamn machine and send it back in time?" I don't think that's a huge plot hole in itself. Walter could have built it any time, as the end of the prime universe started looking more and more imminent. It was only when people actually started losing their loved ones to wormholes

Yeah, I don't agree with martisco, but it's very interesting all the same.

@avclub-cb0e59b8f769a8698b9f7154dd8809b5:disqus , if it's any consolation, I'm sure Fringe would've done the same thing even if Peter and Olivia had a son instead of a daughter..
Thing is, they needed to kill someone off to show that these people ARE in legitimate danger. And I think episode 4 was too early, but if

I think ThisIsNotAnInternetMeme might be an Observer.

@Scrawler2:disqus Right? I always liked AltLivia. I don't get why people STILL hold a grudge against her. It's so childish and stupid. She did what she thought she had to do to save her world, get over it.

I REALLY REALLY WANT TO KNOW SEPTEMBER'S STORY. I mean, he legitimately loved these people in his own way, I think. He's different from the norm, and if he was still around, I think they could have brought in a lot of ambiguity to the story. They can still do it without him around, though.
