That's a pretty typical Thursday for me.

It's just Toronto. Not Not Toronto.

It's a Canadian show established as being set in Toronto/Toronto area. I got annoyed by someone on this site who complained that "they did a terrible job of trying to make Toronto look like New York."

It's definitely the norm around these parts, but it could be only my specific region. Keep in mind it's only really a faux pas to just assume you can wear your shoes in someone else's house. If I feel like it I wear my own shoes in my own house, though not often when I think about it.

Also: never seen anyone wearing boots that go over shoes.

Are you in eastern Canada? I'm Albertan. I find these types of things can be quite different by region. I can say that no one coming into my house has ever presumed they could leave their shoes on—they always move to take them off, but I often day they can leave them on if I'm not totally confident in the cleanliness

Unless I missed something, no Alanis. The "I'm a Bitch" song is American one-hit wonder Meredith Brooks.

I remember this being a thing on a Sex and the City episode. Carrie was very offended by someone asking her to take off her shoes and the show played it as if she was the one in the right, like this was just not done. I'm Canadian: I would *never* wear my shoes into someone else's house without that person telling me

She's not a social worker. She's a foster parent.

None needed if she's the original, which her ability to have kids strongly suggests.

I really don't think Sarah has a monitor, because I'm pretty certain she's the original. Hence, can have kids.

No, I knew there was no specific engagement, I just couldn't remember how she managed not to have to marry *anybody*. I guess everyone is preoccupied with other weddings when the subject first comes up, then she needed time to find a suitable match, then Tywin comes down with a case of sword-through-bowels, and the

He ended up putting himself and his own family in danger to

Did they write him out? I can't remember what happened to him…is he supposed to have died in the Battle of the Blackwater? I just finished AFFC and I was kind of looking forward to seeing how that actor handled that change and how viewers would react to seeing him become kind of important (not THAT important, but kind

I don't know why Shae would bother telling Sansa about Loras. What does it really matter, if he's getting her the hell out of there? Would Sansa even know what "gay" is? I could see Sansa and Loras having a nice beard-type relationship anyway. Despite their supremely awkward conversational skills I could see them

Ramsay. Joff in the books is not quite so vile as on the show, at least I find. I certainly don't mean to minimize any of the suffering he inflicts on anybody, because he does inflict a lot of suffering, but he was also too stupid to get away with it for too long. And he has a few humanizing aspects to him, where

I feel like they've just GOT to have both weddings in the same season, like in two respective episodes…or even in the same one? (no…no, that would be too much). I mean I'm not saying they will, it's not looking that way, but it would sure be nice. I just worry about viewers being just thoroughly gutted by the RW,

Will be interesting to see how they change Theon's appearance. I think in the book (and I'm only just starting DwD, but I've heard) he's supposed to be utterly unrecognizable as himself. I know they softened Tyrion's disfigurement, but I think it's important that Theon become a totally broken, hideous creature.

Can someone help me out? I forget exactly how it is that Cersei avoided getting remarried.

@avclub-b70761d1088bdf7d7607e1e02bca3dd2:disqus  Maybe you've never been through a pregnancy scare before, but once it enters your mind you might be pregnant you're not going to wait until you're home. You want to KNOW.
