I'm with Larry Braverman.  I think they'll announce the Bottom Three at the beginning of the show, and then those dancers have the chance to dance for their lives during the show (hopefully they'll know prior to the cameras rolling).  Then the judges eliminate two (this week to make up for the fourth) couples and

I don't know whether it was me or me and the judges that have given some less than effusive praise to the overly literal hip hop numbers of NappyTabs.

I don't know why exactly, but I hate Amelia SO MUCH already.  I think in part it's because of the edit they gave her in auditions, but her look and character seem SO contrived to me.  That they won't let the stylists do her hair or eyeliner differently for routines (I'm assuming because she takes it as her trademark

Does it say something about me that I thought this comment was about W. Bush, or something about Violet that she immediately ran to Lucas?

Yeah… Oliver couldn't be MORE wrong about having to send Hip hoppers to choreography during city auditions.  If that happens, then you end up eliminating at least 2/3rd of Dragon House as well as The Exorcist and at least a few others.

I've certainly got my eye on the wavy-haired blonde contemporary dancer who made it through to Vegas.  She's exactly in Nigel's wheelhouse, as well.

I definitely think that's part of the case.  If you read around, you'll hear that ballroom dancers (especially) and some B-boys are abandoning SYTYCD because the contestants that eventually become finalists are usually so quickly abandoned.

Is there a history of straight contestants shouting out to their S.O.s in the audience?  Married couples, yes, but steadies?

I like that the audition shows highlight the hip hop dancers, who struggle through choreography and rarely make it out of Vegas.  It's a choice that the show would do better to acknowledge openly.  When seemingly 9 of 10 dancers who make it to Vegas are more classically trained, it seems weird that we're not seeing a

I kind of wanted Von to do well and force his way to Vegas just because having a heel on SYTYCD is something that hasn't happened before.  I get that it sort of goes against the ethos of the show, but it would've been a neat diretion.
