I guess I should elaborate on that a bit… while not a concept album or anything, I think it's one of the great driving albums - best listened to on cassette. I also found that Pixies "Trompe Le Monde" works best this way too. I think I wore out two copies, and am doing some serious damage on a third.

I think Marquee Moon should definitely qualify; while you could probably rearrange a few tracks in the middle of each side, the opening and closing tracks on both sides are perfect where they are.

I was listening to Warm Jets on the way to work this morning, so that was my first thought too.

It's definitely the best movie in the FX rotation right now. If that's not a ringing endorsement, I don't know what is!

Yeah, Taibbi's articles are generally pretty great. I also like the trashy true-crime articles they have sometimes. But yeah, pretty much all the music related stuff in RS sucks ass.
