The Governor only has one working eye, so no depth perception. He couldn't tell if he was gaining on her and he didn't want to run her over.

I wish I was more of an audiophile … but I'm just not. Otherwise this article (and comments) might make more sense to me.
I hope that this is how they're playing it.
No decisions were made.
I thought this bore-fest was closer to a C/B-
That'd be kind of a stretch considering that it requires Darryl to essentially turn his back on Merle (when they were off on their own and Darryl decided to go back to the prison and leave Merle on his own). But this show is all about stretching plausibility.
Nope. I played Words with Friends through 90% of the episode. Someone else said it: it's supposed to be this epic, tense meeting, but I don't care about any of the characters involved.
Andrea set up the meeting. The Governor thanked her for setting it up.
Toby Keith is the ugliest woman I ever seen,
He looks just like a donkey, but he think's he's some beauty queen,
If you think you seen a muskrat in a wedding dress come walkin' up your street,
That ain't no giant rodent, that's this woman by the name of Toby Keith.
@avclub-75e43c12ef9f1cfdaeae92ca6fa90640:disqus Manowar, of course, has already done this.
I would have preferred that they split up after … Justice and just went their separate ways.
The exception that proves the rule.
Not necessarily. A lot of the post-Sandy shortages were due to power disruptions (no electricity, no gas) and stations with power had to deal with the overflow resulting in looooooong lines. Additionally, distributors couldn't fill tankers without power either.
The singing in Smash is better because of Megan Hilty.
She died giving birth, but that "safe" has a pretty high body count.
I especially liked that Carl essentially repeated to Michonne what his dad had said to him. He's a kid. He just regurgitated what sounded appropriate.
The governor would have stopped the car and let him catch up before driving off a few yards, letting him catch up and then driving a few more yards. This would continue for a few more minutes and then he'd shoot the hitchhiker once he opened the car door to get in.
Yeah, it seems to have gotten away from that (partially because they've grown and adapted.
As soon as we finished the episode last night, the missus and I both turned and looked at each other and said, "That was a really great episode."
And unfortunately, Rick, Carl and Michonne will forget everything they saw when they get back to the prison. And there will still be walkers ambling around just outside.
