My guess is that the show won't follow the same format as AFFC and DwD.  It's already been confirmed that Ramsay will be around next season.

Season 2 seemed like the writer was surprised that the first season was so popular and he didn't have a plan for anything other than WWI and Edith and Matthew to hook up in the finale.  Everything else was just poo flinging.

I can see that.  I was somewhat let down that Winterfell wasn't surrounded when they showed Bran/Hodor, Osha, and Rickon making their escape.  It was just a big open field with no one around.

I'm going to have to ask for clarification between white walkers and wights and others.  I'm a book reader, but only once and, with the exception of DWD, I read them at least 5 years ago.

Yeah … because of Robb's lack of POV chapters, he goes all battlefield genius and him and his ma making pacts to gain strategic access and then 700 pages later he shows up again and he's like, "Hi.  This is my wife."

Yeah.  Dany's chapters outside of Strong Belwas are mostly boring and pointless.
