Darren Jesse and Robert Sledge are household names!

It's my favorite too! I credit it giving me a higher level of weirdo empathy than most other people I know.

I don't think he planned this as a stunt, and that last line should have been thought out clearer. I think this type of thing probably happens in every city and something pushed him over the edge yesterday. My point was more that he was never going to be satisfied with how quiet the audience was. It got pretty quiet,

This isn't a nightclub where staff can single out who's doing what. It's an arena. These people's behavior wasn't appropriate, but it definitely wasn't at a level where the venue had a responsibility to track down and throw them out. I hate hecklers, but the level of what was going on last night wasn't extraordinary.

I was at the show and after he asked for the yelling to stop it mostly did. There were 2-3 people that wouldn't shut up but that's out of 10,000. I don't think you can ask for more than that at an arena show. The crowd was much worse for the rest of the performers, but they just did what you have to do in those large

It seems like it's cool to hate Rent these days, but none of the arguments against it seem to make sense to me. Yeah, the characters aren't great artists, and their self importance is somewhat unfounded, but the musical doesn't make a case that they are important artists who shouldn't have to make compromises to be a

To be fair, cataloging and checking this thing in and out does seem like an enormous hassle.

I don't know, I might like Dave Chapelle's Block Party almost as much as Eternal Sunshine. It puts me in a good mood. I like The Science of Sleep quite a bit as well, though it's pretty unfocused.

There's something on Netflix Instant called 'Taintlight' that may or may not be a direct Twilight spoof.

There wasn't a kid with really long pubic hair, so you must be wrong.

No Slapped Actress? No Hostile, Mass.? My Little Hoodrat Friend at #9? I deem that list highly suspect.

Arrested Dawesvelopment?

I actually liked the Kiwi chapters more than the Ava ones because they had more momentum. So much of the Ava chapters is lovely descriptions of different sections of the swamp, which seemed to be there just to illustrate the tediousness of their journey. Really good book, I didn't want it to end.

@Kevin N (btw, I'm the same person as Kevin S, I signed in: "If libraries circulate e-books, there's no need for the library. There is only a need for the government to administer the e-book subsidy, and iTunes or somebody else will do the actual IT work."
You're still describing a public library.
