I liked Steve's reaction after Chris got the boot; "Wow, this is weird."

"a pixieish girl who charges herself with making Ford’s life better, a device Crowe has used better elsewhere." I see what you did there, Phipps. Did Rabin put you up to that?
Funniest moment for me: "Ladies and Gentlemen, the moment you've all been waiting for, Avril Lavigne!!" Really? That's what we've been waiting for?
Ya I don't get the feeling that Chris has it locked up at all. I think Melanie will get the church vote, which for these kind of shows can be pretty substantial.
I think she's the safest one to sign as well; you could plunk her in some pop ballad with a guest rapper and boom, a charting single. Josh would only…
I think she meant that Melanie's cheering section would obviously be the
church, and Chris's would be the bar. But yes, it was a high school,
not a college.
I'm not ashamed to admit that the first time I heard his John C. Reilly I on CDR I actually thought it was Reilly…
Growing up, the interesting-ness went like this - 1) Troi's cleavage 2) everyone else.
He said basically the same thing on his WTF interview, didn't he? Still, if they want to bring him back I'm sure taking the many-tens-of-thousands-per-week is an easy choice to make.
He sure has aged a lot since the old series ended though. The steroids/tattoos have really taken whatever looks he had. Still, he is…
Ya that's kind of surprising. I mean, the guy is in the upper echelon of comedians, he's able to fill 1000+ seat theaters all over the continent, he does HBO specials regularly, and yet he doesn't feel financially secure? What the hell hope is there for me??
Uh ya, it's not like the editor just takes the film and puts it together as he sees fit. The director is directing everything right through post production.
My preferred method was to use mIRC and go to #freewarez or some such channel, grab an ftp address that someone would post and check it out with cuteFTP. Downloaded a shit ton of pc games, apps, mp3s etc that way but the failure rate was really high, those ftp sites would rarely last more than a day.
You're right, it was thoroughly entertaining.
For as much shit as Nicole is taking for this at least she got people interested in this show. There might be more comments for this episode than for the rest of the series combined.
Are KMFDM and FLA considered shit now? I remember playing the shit out of Nihl and Plasticity back in '97. Sure it wasn't as heavy as Ministry, it was techno with some balls.
Holy hell that's a great episode. The whole Harry Hood (Hairy?) bit had me crying. Adam Scott is a great wingman on podcasts, especially when paired with Harris.
Ya that was great, "JESUS LOVES YOU ALL!!!" It seemed like a relief to her that she could finally gush about J.C. Maybe Simon told her to keep her religiousness under wraps…?
I gotta say I've had a lot more fun watching this show than the last season of Idol. This one feels more unpredictable. And the judges…
Ouch, that was pretty bad. I think she realized it too when there were absolutely no cheers from the always excitable audience.
It's funny, before this show started I would have rated Nicole as hot, but now that I've spent a few TV hours with her I find her completely un-sexy.
Jeez those kids have aged a lot since MJs funeral. The older boy looks like he should be asking me to buy him booze outside a liquor store.
Awe hey, sorry about your dad. Truly. Cancer got my dad too about two years ago. I still have a hard time believing it.
