I absolutely love the second half of disc 2, too. "Get It Together" is some of his best call-outs to the band. Even though you know they had rehearsed every note of that 100 times, they always sounded fresh, tight, and spontaneous.

I don't think the opening credits visuals should be taken so literally. At any rate, they refer less to suicide than to a man who has the floor fall out from underneath him. It refers to sudden change, chaos, and all sorts of forces beyond his control.
