I was actually surprised how much new material there was on this. I loved the "Special, special, special" and there is a good bit of that here. But there's also a solid amount of material that was new to me.

He's the only "celebrity" I've ever cried over. His death was such a terrible loss. Just a brilliant, incredible writer and thinker.

Right?! She just seems super awesome.

We're watching through it now (just about done with Season 3). There are some real groaners, but I honestly don't think they're any worse than some of the TNG I've seen.

It's just the worst of queer politics on display. Gender and Women studies grads with a penchant for moral grandstanding taking shots at someone whose voice actually matters because they can't get over the fact that very few want to listen to them. Of course, they can never imagine that it's that they refuse to engage

I totally loved the album. The bit near the end when he addresses the guy in the crowd was worth the price of admission for me.

I'm certainly not going to disagree on Sharon being a delight and a breath of fresh air, but I sometimes feel like people have taken too Valentine a view (to borrow a phrase) of her performance in her season.

Totally with you. If nothing else, Ms Alaska has more than proven herself an equal to Sharon. If she doesn't win outright, she'll have lost to Jinkx, one of the fiercest competitors ever on the show.

I'm definitely on team Jinkx, but if Alaska won I wouldn't be terribly upset and certainly wouldn't see it as unfair either. She's funny and talented and has more than proven herself in this competition.

Roxxxy can claim what she likes about the edit. The individual statements coming out of her mouth, independent of one another, were enough to convince me she's nasty and incredibly unpleasant. The fact that they had enough of them to link them up with editing pretty much cements that impression permanently.

Right there with you. We were so nervous that he was gonna get paralyzed again. If nothing else, they need to wait until he goes back and rocks the red neck sheriff he's got waiting for him in the holler.

Lady in White is a movie I have repeatedly told people about while somehow always being the only person who has seen it. I saw it several times as a little kid and it scared the crap out of me. I got it from Netflix just a year ago or so and it's still pretty spooky. In fact, the movie is actually far, far darker than

I'm a big fan of the Nerdist network, but I can't say that Hardwick's stand-up has really stuck with me. I've never disliked it, but I've also never liked it.

I'm just saying…………….Dave Holmes Idol reviews on Vulture.

We've had that in Arizona as well. But, for some reason, the station disappeared literally overnight and was replaced with a station that plays nothing but Tejano music. BUT! They still use the comedy stations advertisements for itself.

Her line reading was so hysterical there I actually had to rewind and listen again.

I'm honestly not sure why Podmass continues to review You Made it Weird. I really like the show, but I totally understand that it's not for everyone. The reviews here make me think that the AV Club falls in to the "not for me" club.
