I've been looking forward to this. Polanski is awesome at getting the most out of small scale, claustrophobic stories. He's like the anti-David Lean, if that makes any sense.

I haven't seen it yet, but The Tree of Life has the makings of one of those things where the people who try to make you feel like an asshole for not liking it pale in comparison to those who try to make you feel like an asshole for liking it (see also: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Stanley Kubrick, etc.)

What do you think of The Names. I enjoyed it overall but there were times when I found it really frustrating.
