I seem to remember he mentions removing all the mirrors. He just forgets the fact that Linda has one in her purse.

That scene was definitely heartbreaking, and possibly the Bats equivalent to Flash's scene with James in this episode.
Interestingly enough the movie had to be cancelled in multiple theaters where I live because it attracted very rough crowds of teenagers who for some reason were crazy for that movie and theaters didn't want to be destroyed in the process.
Too-bloody-stupid-to-be-on-the-phone-and-walk-at-the-same-time-Man
I had the exact same problem. Every time he behaved in a good way, I felt terribly surprised.
I think it's more or less the same as it was in pagan Roman times. Miracle workers ask and they receive. Magicians and sorcerers bind the supernatural through a series of rituals and harness it to their needs.
Post-docs are those mythical things that only happen to people you know but unfortunately never to you. I will now step out to brood and reflect on the fact that I've pretty much wasted my life.
As a matter of fact, brioche is also the word used in french to mean excess of belly fat.
Polymorphous Poseidon is rather reminiscent of Proteus, another sea divinity who keeps changing forms. A very young Hades (candles aside) actually reminded me of Vediovis, a Roman infernal god who is sometimes depicted as a young Jupiter. And so on. Maybe I was reading too much into it, but I know that I really loved…
Really ? I'm a complete classicist (That's actually my job) and the versions of the Greek gods are what got me into the story in the first place. The character design is gorgeous, and besides ancient Gods never were monolithic figures with a strictly defined outline. I though these versions fit nicely.
I thought Pasarin's art was also pretty good after that. But all in all, what I liked is that those comics were weirdly heartwarming.
I really enjoyed the Green Lantern Corps by Tomasi. The story arcs were so-so, even if they weren't bad, but I sort of loved the character parts.
Am I the only one who really got creeped out by Ratatouille ? I mean, RATS. In a kitchen. Touching food with their dirty little paws…
Your true purpose is sinister
I would definitely watch your perfect GL movie.
I really love Centurion. I know I probably shouldn't, but still: McNulty as a Roman ! Fassbender ! Beautiful landscapes ! Cool fights !
If we're talking swords, the one at the end of Rob Roy. It actually manages to look realistic, not just two guys hitting each other's swords.
You know, to my everlasting shame, I think I'd rather have politicians do that than the stupid personal attacks (who's sleeping with whom and all that) we've had those last years.
Well, to be fair, one of the fighters, Gaston Defferre, was notoriously difficult.
I really enjoyed Grayson. The art is great, especially the 70s spy vibe, and there are nice character moments. Also I read the Green Lantern/Green Arrow team-up book and it was awesome.
