I like my feeds, because then I can just have one page open (my trusty google reader), and while I'm on asinine conference calls, I can read stories as they hit the different sites I read.

Nathan, can I make a suggestion?
I think your twitter picture thingy should be a smashed monocle.
@staircar-
Alternate reality
So now I;m going to have to learn a whole new batch of screen names, and then figure out what Twitter name goes with what AVC name? I am going to need a chart or something…
phel, ian_okc is me. Not that that information makes any difference to you…
Yeah - I've never done this before anywhere on the internet, but:
Here is my twitter suggestion:
Wolf Parade
Why do I feel like I'm taking crazy pills this year? I love the Wolf Parade album, and Kissing the Beehive is probably my favorite song of the year.
My guitar hero names
Lesbian Nun (inspired by a lesbian I know who is actually an ex-nun)
I love this game!
My co-worker and I spent a good deal of the day Friday making a playlist on Napster consisting of cover songs. The rules were:
That was pretty fuckin' rockin'
I don't know if it is just because my co-worker is blasting Emerson Lake and Palmer right now, and this is a good palette-cleanser for all that prog, but I found that sample track to be quite awesome.
I think the analogies you guys have presented in favor of a come back aren't quite right…
Conflicted
Part of me is really curious to hear what a new NMH record would sound like, but a somewhat bigger part of me thinks that maybe it would be better if Aeroplane existed in that weird sort of limbo-place forever. I mean, I kind of like that there is no shitty follow-up ruining it for me.
I think the popsicle lady was supposed to be like the virgin mary - she is in the same pose the catholic church uses to depict her.
Also, The Rapture
Saw them in Missouri, and they opened for BRMC. I have never seen so many indie kids dancing.
Radiohead. Summer 2001. Grant Park, Chicago.
The Beta Band opened, they played True Love Waits for like the third time ever, and I was right up front. Colin's bass was kicking my ass during that fuzzed-out version of Packed Like Sardines they were playing on that tour.
I vill splash. the pot. vehnever. the fuuuuuck i feel like.
Also
AV Club, will you be reviewing Xmas on Mars when it comes out?
Call me a Lips Believer
I moved to OKC about 5 years ago, and while I enjoyed the Lips before, there is something about having Wayne around town that is just really effing cool.
Fuck, I'd say that Turn on the Bright Lights deserves a 10…
