hehe - yeah.
hehe - yeah.
Also, Pitchfork.tv is pretty damn awesome.
@Papa Shango
What? A nuanced opinion? Impossible.
I've been hoping for a while now that people's opinion of PFork would even out a bit. Do they haev their heads crammed pretty far up their own asses sometimes? Yes. Will I ever get over their review of The Fragile? Probably not.
Collaborations
Am I the only one who thinks a Byrne/Flaming Lips collaboration would be mind-blowingly awesome? It wouldn't have to just be music, either - fuck, I'd pay to watch David Byrne and Wayne Coyne play Pictionary.
Ummm,
So I feel some sort of weird obligation to post to this article.
Also, chicken parts.
That closing shot with the arm over the chair
I may be reading too much into this, but I thought it was interesting that he had his other arm over the chair, right after he used his *other* name….
Where did the drums go?
Flaming Lips comparisons be damned - this band was much better when the drums were out front, kicking you right in the face.
Not really, but it is what I tell myself everyday as I masturbate and cry.
My wife likes almost nothing on first listen
And to make it worse, she will sometimes insist that she hates something to irritate me. And to be honest, if she hadn't finally admitted to liking David Bowie, I'm not sure we would have gotten married.
I almost walked out of my house a few weeks ago
My wife and I were watching Top Gear a few weeks ago, and they were talking about the Aston Martin DB9. I said I thought it was one of the most beautiful cars ever made, and she said it looked like a Buick Century.
Yeah, that was the first thing I thought about when I opened this page…I may pick this up for the cover alone.
One other thing
Did anyone else think Peggy handing Pete a slice of congratulations on the baby cake was pretty crazy?
Line of the night
"We were just pretending."
I don't think Michael would enjoy you motorboting him very much
I feel ashamed of myself
Because I thought this post was going to be about The Office starting up again.
New look
Did anyone else notice a new look to how the show was shot?
The end
I really wish the last line of the movie had been, "Everything is going to be fine…"
