Good call. Done and done.
The fade-out…
Who decided that the fade-out was a good idea? I'll admit that it works sometimes, but most of the time, it is just distracting for me. Where the hell did that start? Was it pre-rock, like in jazz/blues?
Also, I agree with everyone who said that Amnesiac shouldn't be touched. A better argument about radiohead EPs would be to create a really good one from B-sides. As long as polyethelyne and fog are on there…
Modest Mouse
You could do this with almost any Modest Mouse album. I say almost because Moon and Antartica would have been an awesome 10 - 12 track album. Although, an EP of: 1.3rd planet 2.tiny cities 3.the cold part 4.alone down there 5.the stars are projectors 6.lives…yeah, that could work.
Yeah I know. The only reason it was $200 (which is only so far…my wife wants us to get the ashes back, so that's like another $50) and not more like $350 was because she died before I got to the clinic. If they had admitted her, they would have charged me for more than "keeping the remains of your loved one (!)…
The BMW commercial
The BMW commercial that Richie directed with Madonna and Clive Owen was awesome.
Thanks for answering my question, but I think I should have put it differently - I wasn't implying that you would only give a positive review to someone who was polite and pleasant to interview (or vise versa).
Poor cat - this is related to the show…sort of.
So yesterday, the stray my wife and I adopted a week ago died while I was driving her to the emergency clinic. I was bummed. My wife was a total mess. So I get back home, calm her down, and turn on the TV, hoping to catch what ever was left of Sunny.
Question for you, Scott
How does interviewing a subject affect a review of his work (if at all)? For instance, has an interview made you reevaluate a piece of work to the point that you changed the review? Obviously, I don't know which one you did first, but the question works in reverse, too. This being an…
Hair shirt
I cannot tell if that dude is wearing like a tiger-stripped shirt or he just has some really carefully-combed chest hair…
reason #3,589…
…that it is ex-pat time for me. Do they hire IT people from the US in Iceland?
That site is cool. I am subscribing to their magazine like RIGHT NOW.
If you want a burger that can congeal your arteries just by looking at a picture, check out the Krispy Kreme burger.
What you need, Tasha, is a good gateway beer. A good beer can be as good as a good glass of wine with the right meal.
No, spizznugget, I don't think I am contradicting myself.
Another reason for Norm
Another reason we need Norm now is that Hasselhoff is making a come back.
Accesibility/How many spins before In Rainbows grabs you
Something Josh said in the comments caught my attention - he said it took a few listens before he fell in love with this one.

About a year ago, Johnny Greenwood said on their message board that he went 6 months listening only to dub music…
The pre-KidA Radiohead vs. post-KidA Radiohead
Sometimes, when I'm talking to fellow Radiohead fans, I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. KidA is my favorite album by any band, but I love pre-KidA radiohead as well. The thing is, I feel like each album (except for Hail) is the next logical step from the last one.
