The book is undoubtedly brilliant.

John Derbyshire is an asshole.

I suspect the number in the page's source (plus 3) gives the percentage to two decimal places. That suggests it's currently 48.12% vs 51.88%.

People don't tune in to The Big Bang Theory to relate to the characters. They tune in to laugh at them.

As soon as it hits 49%, stop voting. Community should stay ~2% behind because otherwise it'll just mobilise the larger TWD fanbase.

The Walking Dead posted Hulu's Best in Show on their Twitter an hour ago. They have 377k followers.

The Big Bang Theory's pilot script seems almost identical to my memory of the aired pilot, aside from Raj being called Dave. They hadn't quite nailed Sheldon's character at the time so parts of it are a bit weird.

I think NBC's underlying problems began way before that. The huge successes of Frasier, Friends and ER papered over the cracks of NBC's flawed development strategy.

Nielsen can track when people switch off mid-episode.

Good Friday is a holiday in many states. People presumably go out or travel on the Thursday.

Probably down to Easter.

Ouch. Wonder if the concept caused people to switch off.

This episode was so completely generic that I have nothing to say about it.

Publicity is publicity, though.

It's not just a matter of cost, though. NBC didn't want Community to do a Dungeons & Dragons episode last season, presumably because they thought it was too alienating.

This episode was far too strange for me to have any opinion on. Undoubtedly the weirdest sitcom episode of all time.

I can't believe NBC let them make this.

Hm. This is definitely different. Not totally sure how I feel about it.
