I'd add Senior Service to that list too. Does he ever play that live? I'd like to hear a live version of it.

Yeah, her lyrics are underrated for sure. Unfortunately she is scared of flying, so seeing her tour Australia is unlikely.

If you like this performance, you should check out Fiona's version of Shabby Doll from the same performance. And Elvis' cover of her I Know too. I wouldn't have thought they matched each other's styles so well, but they do. Much better than Green Day's performance of No Action from the same concert.

Winston was MVP. I hope this continues.

Man Called Uncle too. In my head, I don't like this album as much as the first three but when I actually listen to it, there's so many classics.

I really like this song, though I disagree with what the message is probably meant to be.

That is one of my favourite videos, Fiona Apple doing I Want You and Shabby Doll. Elvis' version of Fiona Apple's I Know (from her way underrated second album) is also pretty awesome.

Wow. Thanks for the tip. Listening now!

Pretty much my favourite album opener ever too. And as soon as the Attractions come in after he sings the first line, you can immediately tell it's a different band to what he had on My Aim is True.

Yep. I would argue Red Shoes is even better than Alison.

If this is a reference to Lorne being the inspiration for Dr. Evil, all the likes go to you.

Yeah, I'm surprised this wasn't brought up in the article itself. He switched songs more because Less Than Zero made no sense in the USA and Radio, Radio is a better song as an introduction to EC anyway.

Fair enough.

@persia2:disqus I could be wrong, but I thought Skyler DID call him Flynn in this episode. When Marie says, "You have to tell Flynn", doesn't Skyler say something like "Flynn cannot know"?

"It’s true in the sense that he’s enraged and lashing out and needs
someone to blame that nothing remains of the works that he built to make
the mighty despair. But he’s also playing a part, giving her freedom.
He’s weeping at what he is having to do to cut that final tie."

'Believe' could be his Beatles song too.

Never noticed that. Playing them in my head, the rhythm in the verse of Pretty Noose is the same, but are they the same notes?

To everyone who replied to my initial comment: Yeah, I've never understood the difference between basic cable and premium cable, in terms of content. I mean, I get that you pay more for it but why would that change the content? I guess where I'm from (Australia) comparatively fewer people have cable so bad language on

Do you have indie rock lyrics tattooed on your ribcage?

Agreed.
