I think Gadget Hackwrench might be on the Maid Marian tier too.

I'm going to get through about 15-20 this year i think. If you told me you'd give me the median income for the rest of my life if i read 100 or more (adult, standard length) novels over this calendar year, and you'd kill my family if i didn't…well ok i'd probably buy drugs that would facilitate it and do fine, but…
Alright thanks. To clarify, i just mean muzhik generally and not this particular idiom, and also i could be remembering or interpreting the connotation of why it was left untranslated when i saw it wrong and be totally full of shit.
I've only seen the term in stories from before the revolution, where it clearly means something more like "peasant." Did it start referring to everyone under Stalinism (obviously there was still an elite there but they developed better messaging) or was there still a strong connotation of it being someone lower class…
I don't think it's meant too harshly given how much you have to love this stuff to get this level of detail right, but pointing at surrogate Warhol's operation and going "wait, this is just theft!" works on a couple of levels.
I love that Sirena's family means her version of dating a dangerous outsider boy her controlling father doesn't approve of to piss him off is actually dating a harmless, goody-goody doofus .
It would also be nice to continue having Hank as a happy dope who navigates this weird world really naturally, and Dean as actually talented at all the super science but miserable with himself. They could actually get stuff done together!
When confronted years later, The Monarch will claim he was just consentually introducing tranq darts into their sex life, like many villainous couples in the 2010s.
I didn't think TF2 had friendly fire like that.
I love that she doesn't change her voice at all while roleplaying. When she's just a hot lady with a male smoker's voice, it's one thing. But delivering "I get powerful lonesome out here" in that same voice is just amazing.
I don't think she's attractive generally, but that was a good pose etc for her. Still, that was a fantastic comedic scene regardless of how you feel about its erotic merits.
I am really back on board this season in a way i haven't been in i don't remember how long. Shosh in Japan is wonderful. Hannah roping everyone into her nude photoshoot is perfect her.
That dude is a real piece of shit. I saw another story where reporters ask him about his use of "the n word." His whole response to be upset that the PC media guys aren't quoting him properly.
She might come in first in any sort of endurance thing where the waifs just collapse.
Without looking it up, i'm almost exactly evenly split on whether or not this is a real thing.
Is crackers a synonym for "nuts" i'm just not familiar with?
Yeah i asked some older people irl in the intervening day or two, and found this and other things out, but thanks for the response anyway.
Well, good job. It was good enough that it wasn't a chore to listen to multiple times in the episode as an audience member, but not so good as to make their reluctance to play it even to placate Glenn hard to understand/agree with.
I really liked this vox piece on how open expression that sort of attitude surges so rapidly (and numerous attendant phenomena) http://www.vox.com/2016/3/1… .
Come on, wishing death on someone for slander is barely better than wishing death on someone for having an annoying tv show. Those people are idiots, but if you want to wipe out idiots, that policy won't end well for you.
