One thing i had forgotten about Venture Brothers in its absence is that aside from being a parody, it actually does superhero plotting and action better than almost any licensed adaptation. This episode is a farce, but it's also a big crossover of a bunch of different superhero/villain groups, some of which it had to

I blame early bra design.

I too will miss his overdramatic narration, but maybe we can fill the hole with Night Dick.

Kinda reframes his relationship with Molotov if he's actually into her sadistic denial and toying.

I actually figured out Stars and Garters based just on his costume! I had no idea what The Fallen Archer was supposed to be until he said it though.

I thought Hank would easily be far enough behind the curve to be trying to dress like younger Bieber to be cool, and once he is, making fun of him is pretty topical.

Right, i can say "I'd be Thanos. I identify with his twin struggles of fruitlessly trying to get an uninterested woman to have sex with him, and trying to end all life in the universe" and no one will even care, let alone repeat it. If Tom Hanks says it, suddenly he's getting death threats from people who don't

That said, this year's questions haven't yielded great results so far imo.

Alternately, it's kind of weird that flammable is a word, since flame isn't a verb, whereas inflame is. I'd be in favor of dumping both and going with ENflame/enflammable if that was how language worked.

Well great, now i have to explain to people why i'm laughing at the headline "Fear and AIDS [etc]"

I think it's less about OJ's status than that. His being famous is just kind of the in to get people to feel like they know the guy, and brings the money to hire a colorful cast of lawyers. The trial as a cultural thing kind of became its own self-justifying circus way above and beyond OJ's previous level of fame. It

Or if GoT was 100% about the personal vendettas, rather than that just being a very large component along with the battles and dragons and whatnot.

I'd say m, m, f, m, f, f, f (going for 0 rather than 10 here).

Or possibly Adam Sandler.

How was it?

Yeah i don't think i've ever completed anything like this without serious help. A lot of the time i don't even find the answers i do reach on my own particularly satisfying. It's just like "ok that last thing i tried sure did work somehow, great."

A lot of my favorite games have nothing going for them except a system you learn organically by playing it, so this is less useful than a similar review might be in other media.

He does spend a lot of his episodes paradoxically undoing his own actions and creating himself and whatnot, so it would fit.

This was great. I was lukewarm on the other two, but if it puts out eps like this even occasionally, i'm in.

It's a solid basic idea. For instance, now i want to see the end of The Graduate redone so that they get hit by the bus and we just watch their changing facial expressions as they slowly die.
