I died a little into my robe just last night!

Anecdotally, I've definitely noticed a correlation between growing up in a house with homecooked meals and being a cook oneself. I grew up in a house where frozen meals and sandwiches were the norm (home-cooking was reserved for special occasions), so… I'm still playing catch-up in learning to cook.

My first memory of a news event happened much later than my first memory - watching coverage of Desert Storm in elementary school (third grade, I think?) via 'Cable in the Classroom.'

Same with us mid-November babies.

Waking up in a hospital and being given a popsicle to get fluids into my system. I'm pretty sure it was grape.
