I don't think Rubicon could've been stretched out to seven seasons, but I bet they could've made a very solid two or three. It's amazing how exciting a show could be when not a whole hell of a lot was happening. I can't think of any other show that made analysis interesting.

The only one night stand I ever had was reeeeally vocal. I'm hoping for characters who can take on Will on his own turf and push back strongly on his self-proclaimed crusade. I personally agree with just about everything Sorkin/McAvoy has to say in the show… but that doesn't mean I don't long for strong antagonists to articulate an opposing view.

I pretty much LOVED The West Wing and really liked Sports Night, but that wasn't enough for me to keep watching The Newsroom (or Studio 60, for that matter).
