The FNL pilot is great.  I've recommended the show to a number of friends with the instruction to at least watch the first two-three episodes in one sitting, if feasibly possible (I'd argue that not doing so is nearly impossible cuz the show totally hooks you by then).  And I say that mainly becuz I think the very end…

You mean like the first 4-6 episodes of LOST's S2?  I know LOST didn't do exactly what you described but dealing with the newly-introduced tail section passengers the way they did was at least half as bad.  Anyways, I certainly felt like I was getting the bird with that stunt.

I normally enjoy the RW episode each season but this was one of the less memorable and less enjoyable ones for me.  And I really couldn't tell you why.  Perhaps becuz the food seemed fairly lackluster?  I actually would extend that to this season as a whole …. it's not been terribly memorable, esp after last season's…
