1. Shonen Beat epics. I've always thought the Naruto/Avatar/Bleach subgenre of anime is incredibly inane. The animation is bad, the storyline is minimal, the characters are unlikable, the concepts are unoriginal. And yet they're the only thing that seems to catch on stateside. Lame.
