Another cool scene I noticed on rewatching that:  SPOILERS

Qu:  I assume the shifting involves acquiring some mass/shedding it from the surroundings, so he could be transforming mass to energy directly when he's regenerating.

I like the concept.  I think the execution ultimately flaked, but I did enjoy how things got more mystical towards the end.  Personally, I would have tied it in a bit more to the battle for Benny Russell's vision, as it would have a nice existential resonance with the battle for the Alpha Quadrant as to what it means

By the way, for those of you who like Sid Meiers, there is an excellent Dominion War Scenario available for Civ2, free to download.  I have created my own scenerios based on the Dominion War, although I've never uploaded them.

I guess.  But let's say they had added a scene where he explicitly gave them some kind of authorization codes.  All that would do is warn you something is up.  Alot of times, the writers COULD throw little things like that in to tie up loose ends, but it would really be annoying after the umpteenth "oh, let's explain

He probably had some kind of authorization codes or something.

This kind of makes sense though.  They would need a form their genetic slaves could easily recognize them in and communicate with.

Maybe Odo can eat and drink, he's just not good enough at mimicking human form, but the memory of Curzon temporarily allows him to.

Fun fact:  The name was a nod to the Kzinti, a cat like race from Star Trek The Animated Series.

Like, for example:  The Federation has over 150 member worlds, plus colonies, bases, minor allies, etc.   Let's say the Klingons, Romulans, Cardassians are in the 30 to 60 range.  They're a big deal.

The interests of citizens in 38 states were irrelevant in the last election.
How so?
