I used to watch reruns of this when I was a kid back in the 1970's. Choices were nightly slim back in those days but I enjoyed it.

Does that imply there is one that isn't psychotic?

I don't know about "only interest", she did offer him a 50% discount right off the bat. I'd certainly agree with "primary interest" in that statement though.

I can't see Hillary actually doing that though.

It had a lot in common with the expansion part of Powers of Ten at least, though he didn't "go small" in this one.

Surprise, and Flash…and a ruthless devotion to Carl Sagan.

Obama is smart enough to believe in science. But he's a politician and does not want to offend big blocks of the electorate.

But did he go against a Sicilian with death on the line?

I had a ton of Justified, but Pam has already eaten 220 pounds of it.

Nixon tried to implement universal health care and he was certainly a conservative.

Queen II was my favorite of their albums back in the day.

And "Separate Ways". The FOUR songs…

Rolling Stone = a bunch of baby boomers with there heads up their asses as far as considering any artist who came along after the 1960's ended.

I think Queen, like the Beatles, where one of the few bands that could sound good running the gamut from metal (Helter Skelter/Tie Your Mother Down) to pre-rock sounds (When I'm 64/'39)

I think in the UK Queen was always cool. In the USA the rebuilding of coolness really got going when Freddie died.

I'm sure I once read a list of #1 hits that killed the careers of the bands that had them and "Another One Rides the Dust" was on it. I was in college when this came out and rock fans in the USA never viewed Queen quite the same way again.

Saw The Book of Mormon at the Pantages theater in LA and it surpassed all my expectations. I was expecting to be let down but it was all I'd heard it was and more.

If it's any consolation to you and O'Neil the two times I saw Bowie live were two of the worst sounding concerts I ever went to. I saw him at the LA Forum on the Serious Moonlight Tour and he was just too loud and distorted, it was a big let down. And then the next time he came around I saw the Glass Spider tour

What's ironic here is that i went to high school with the dad of the twins who play that role. He and his wife are much darker skinned than the twins, who presumably were cast to invoke an image of being bi-racial.

Yep, he did good in this episode.
